How do I secure my new home?
Recently moved in to a newly built home in a rural area, right next to a busy road.
Recently I’ve noticed weirdos stopping in front of my home and taking photographs of my property. When I go outside to let them know I can see them, they take off.
At nights, there are strange cars parked on the road with their headlights on near my home.
I have expensive new cars parked on my property so I am thinking they are planning to carjack them or rob my home.
So far I’ve:
Installed a fence around the property.
Got a large dog that bark at strangers and will bite if they happen to jump the fence
Which is the best wireless security camera that works in the total darkness (there are no street lights here) and that can be broadcast on the Internet?
I have a chain linked fence only, so what can I do so they can’t see throught it?
Any other ideas?

Ask your fencing professional about privacy fencing. It will allow your property to be fenced in such a way that people cannot see in. You need to install a security system immediately even if you decide to install one without cameras. At least your house will be protected if someone were to break in. Some security companies can even install a secure gate entry system (not the actual gate, but alarms will go off if the gate is opened and the alarm is engaged).
